Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–4 business days from our office in Melbourne, Australia. If you require stock urgently, please contact us before placing your order.
How often do you release new recipes?
We're constantly looking to innovate with our meal bases, to ensure our customers enjoy a great range of healthy and delicious meals! We recommend checking back every now and again to enjoy new recipes, or alternatively stay up to date by signing up to our email database and following Simply Wholesome Pantry (@simplywholesomepantry) on Instagram.
Where are your products made?
Our meal bases are proudly made in Melbourne, Australia. The Quick Cook Grains and Nourish Bowls are produced in Italy, and the Air Popped Rice & Quinoa Cakes are made in Thailand.
How should I store my products?
We recommend storing your Simply Wholesome Pantry products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Each product features a unique best before date printed on the back of the packaging for your convenience.
Are your products Vegan?
All Simply Wholesome Pantry meal bases are vegan friendly. Most of our Nourish Bowls are also vegan, and all of our Quick Cook Grains are plant-based as well.
Help! I can't find your products at my local Woolworths
Simply Wholesome Pantry is stocked at selected Woolworths Supermarkets Nationwide and can be found in the Health Food aisle.

Yes, it is tested to less than 5 parts per million which is Australian standard.
I don't have a microwave, can I still purchase the Nourish Bowls?
Of course! If you don’t have a microwave, we’d suggest emptying the contents of the pouch into a pan, add two tablespoons of water, warm up, stirring occasionally.
